Prior to joining Trinity Capital, Mr. Brannan worked as an acquisitions associate for Sovereign Investment Company where he sourced, analyzed and underwrote portfolios of investment and non-investment grade, single-tenant, triple-net leased assets for prospective investment opportunities. Prior to joining Sovereign, Mr. Brannan worked as an auditor in the Financial Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was responsible for maintaining client relationships and planning, executing and completing audit engagements for various financial services clients. Mr. Brannan graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from St. Louis University and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
