Nicholas S. Lewin has been a private investor through his family office since 2000 operating in both the public and private markets. Mr. Lewin has invested across many industries, and throughout the capital structure. Mr. Lewin invests in special situations and in companies with innovative technologies and strong intellectual property. Generally, these are activist situations working with management. Representative target industries include Biotechnology, Healthcare, Telecom, Sports, and Defense. Mr. Lewin is also a founder of Halo Maritime Defense Systems and has invested in dozen other companies, including Duramedic and the Washington Nationals.

Mr. Lewin holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
