Mr. Ozenick is an accomplished C–level executive and leader with 34 years of experience, skilled in all aspects of operations, start-up, existing enterprise, pre & post merger/acquisitions and turnaround operations in the aerospace and aviation services sectors.
He brings to Trinity Capital a proven track record of success in advisory services, strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, operations process improvement methodology and post acquisition growth and integration. He has provided advisory services to American Airlines, Delta Airlines, Delta Cargo, Eulen America, Platinum Equity, The Edgewater Funds, Covalent Capital Partners, JetSuite, Sentient Jet, Atlantic Aviation, Mercury Air Group and US Manufacturing Corporation.
His expertise includes a leadership style that drives change, quickly builds consensus, strong financial, analytical and managerial skills, practical knowledge of operational improvement methodology in both manufacturing and service sectors and a career focus on customer satisfaction and creating shareholder value.
Mr. Ozenick's career highlights include being the principal architect of the customer support turn around for American Eurocopter, and the Founder, President and CEO the first successful national helicopter fractional ownership business, HeliFlite Shares, numerous successful ventures in aviation services and mergers and acquisitions successes.
Mr. Ozenick is a member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chairman of the Aerospace and Aviation Sub Committee, The North Texas Commission. Additionally he is Chairman Emeritus of The Montessori Academy, Arlington Texas. Ozenick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from The American University, Kogod School of Business, Washington, DC and is a rated pilot.
