Chad J. Spaulding
Managing Director
Mr. Spaulding is a Managing Director at Trinity Capital. Since joining the firm at the beginning of 2003, he has led and completed approximately 30 transactions, including restructurings, mergers & acquisitions and private equity placements. Mr. Spaulding focuses on the renewable energy, general industrial and agriculture industries.
Prior to joining Trinity Capital, Mr. Spaulding advised on the early formation and growth strategies of Fandango, Inc. and RPost, Inc., two successful, venture capital backed companies. Mr. Spaulding previously worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a financial analyst on approximately $4.5 billion of transactions in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Also at Goldman, he worked as part of a four person team managing $2 billion of assets. Mr. Spaulding graduated from Brigham Young University and earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
