Transaction Overview:
Trinity Capital served as financial advisor in the sale of Saratoga Food Group, L.L.C. to Duke and King Holdings, an operator of 15 Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen franchise locations, primarily in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The company was sold subject to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. Trinity Capital marketed the restaurants and conducted the sale auction resulting in a successful outcome for both parties.
