Trinity Capital LLC was hired by Creo Capital Partners to assist in the acquisition of Filet of Chicken, a Georgia-based processor and distributor of chicken products. Trinity actively managed the process by interfacing with key industry contacts, third-party service providers, and financing sources. Based in part on Trinity’s assistance, Creo successfully completed the Filet of Chicken acquisition.
