Trinity Capital LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor in the recapitalization of FPL Food, LLC. The financing included the placement of a Senior Term Loan by PMC Financial Services Group and Credit Facility by First Capital. FPL Food is the largest privately owned, fully integrated cow processing facility in the Southeast and one of the largest in the U.S. Located in Augusta, Georgia, the Company sells traditional and specialty beef products to well-known national retailers and foodservice providers.
