Trinity was engaged by the founders and inventors of this start-up food product company to coordinate it initial round of financing. Trinity worked closely with the management team to refine their business plan and prepare a comprehensive financial model, investment memorandum and management presentation. Trinity also worked with the company's counsel to prepare the necessary private placement documents. The company completed the financing and will be in the market with its innovative product in 2007.
