Trinity Capital LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor in the financial restructuring of The Slaymaker Group, Inc. Trinity assisted in the divestiture of certain company assets and in reaching mutual agreements with the company’s franchisors and several of the company’s lenders resulting with the company continuing as a going concern. The Slaymaker Group, Inc. operates approximately 40 casual dining restaurants in four states and is a franchisee of several national concepts, including Tony Roma’s, T.G.I. Friday’s and Tucci’s. Slaymaker is also the franchisor and operator of Wingers restaurants in five states. |
