Trinity Capital LLC served as co-financial advisor to Doux Frangosul in the divestiture of their Brazilian swine division, an integrated pork production unit that included hog production and pork packing. Acquired by The Doux Group in October of 1998, Doux Frangosul was the third largest producer and exporter of chicken and turkey meat in Brazil, at the time of the transaction. |
