Trinity Capital LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to The Glazier Group for a debt recapitalization. The Glazier Group is using the proceeds to expand the Company and its signature steak house brand, Strip House. The Glazier Group operates multiple fine dining restaurants and private party facilities including Strip House, Michael Jordan’s The Steak House N.Y.C., Bridgewater’s, Twenty Four Fifth, Old Homestead, and Monkey Bar across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
