Togo’s Eateries, Inc., a subsidiary of Dunkin' Brands, Inc. is a franchisor of Togo’s sandwich shops with a significant presence in California and restaurant in five states. Trinity Capital, LLC was engaged by Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., a portfolio company of Bain Capital Partners, LLC, The Carlyle Group and Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., to execute a divestiture of Togo’s Eateries, Inc. Trinity developed and managed a highly competitive process which resulted in a purchase by a partnership of Mainsail Partners, L.P. and Tony Gioia, a leading restaurant executive.
