Ready Pac Foods, Inc., with over $700 million of revenue and a leading marketer and distributor of pre-washed, fresh cut bagged salad, fruit and vegetables to both the retail and foodservice industries, interviewed 18 potential financial advisors and ultimately engaged Trinity Capital LLC. Trinity’s mandate included, among other services, the replacing of the Company’s senior term loan and revolving credit facility. Trinity prepared a comprehensive financial model and marketing materials and successfully initiated a $32 million transaction with Wells Fargo Foothill that satisfied the Company’s immediate financing objectives. |
