Current Greenleaf owner and president Bill Wilkinson retains a major interest and will continue as president. Greenleaf is the leading distributor of high-end organic, and locally grown produce in Northern California, serving more than 600 hotels, restaurants and caterers from Monterey to Sacramento. The Company’s outstanding reputation and management team, combined with the resources of Oakville’s unique and talented investor group, position Greenleaf for continued growth and success.
Trinity provided comprehensive buy-side services to the buyer including arranging the third party debt financing through Rabobank International.
