Transaction Overview:
Trinity Capital was engaged by Quiznos in 2011 to provide financial advisory and restructuring services to its franchisees. The program is ongoing and has resulted in many Quiznos franchisees maintaining and strengthening their businesses despite the difficult economy. In 2012 Trinity will continue assisting in the brand turnaround by providing financial analysis and negotiating with various creditors and landlords on behalf of the Quiznos franchisees.
