Trinity Capital LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to Bama Star LLC (“Bama Star”) in its acquisition of Farooqi Enterprises, a 40-unit Hardee’s franchisee in Alabama. In our role as exclusive financial advisor, Trinity initiated this transaction, assisted Bama Star in its negotiations with Hardee’s Corporate, and sourced the sale lease-back and other financing that was critical to closing the deal. Trinity used its extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry to assist the buyer in creating pro forma financial statements that exposed the hidden value in this turnaround.
Bama Star is an operations management company specializing in value opportunities in the QSR and casual dining segments of the restaurant industry.
